Job summary

The Inn Collection Group in Harrogate is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen, taking ownership of your section and delivering consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee food safety, ensure proper storage and stock rotation, and collaborate closely with front-of-house and management to maintain exceptional guest experiences across our pubs with rooms in the North.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Passion for high-quality food.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes for your section with consistency and speed.
• Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
• Coordinate with kitchen, front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service.
