The Head Chef of an award winning conference center is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade in the pastry section, cooking good quality dishes for the restaurant, bar and busy conference and banqueting operation. The property has an excellent reputation and serves modern British menus using the latest cooking techniques, using fresh seasonally changing ingredients. The banquet and conference department is extensive and can cater for 200 plus covers for meetings weddings and graduations.
Requirements:
A Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef de Partie who has been working in the pastry section of kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. It is essential that you have pastry experience for a minimum of 1 year.
