You will be an experienced Chef De Partie, having worked in kitchens cooking to a 1 AA Rosette standard, and seeking the next step in your career.
One Devonshire Gardens is a 5-star hotel with a 3 AA Rosette restaurant. Chefs from this kitchen have progressed to Michelin-starred establishments. We offer a seasonally changing A la Carte menu, a 7-course Tasting Menu, and elegant Afternoon Teas, supporting your development across all kitchen areas.
As Chef de Partie, you will develop the commis chefs, maintain standards of food hygiene and health and safety, and have the opportunity to rotate through all kitchen sections. Passion for food and delivering exceptional hospitality is essential.
