About the Role
Our award-winning kitchen team have an exciting new opportunity for a Chef de Partie - Nights to join us on a permanent full-time basis working in the Main Kitchen. You will prepare a variety of refined and beautifully presented offerings all crafted with finest sourced Scottish produce and be responsible for having your own section whilst gaining invaluable guidance and development within a multi outlet hotel kitchen. This is an opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced luxury environment.
In this role you will exceed the food quality expectations of the Old Course Hotel guests whilst being responsible for the daily successful operation of the night menu.
