Chef de Partie
Wright Brothers Covent Garden | New Opening
Be Part of Something New
As we prepare to open our new restaurant in Covent Garden, we're looking for a passionate, skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team from day one.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the next chapter of Wright Brothers, working with exceptional seafood and seasonal produce in a kitchen that values quality, precision and creativity.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, respects great ingredients and thrives as part of a passionate team. Someone who cares about the details, enjoys learning and wants to help create something special.
For over 20 years, Wright Brothers has been passionate about sourcing and serving exceptional seafood. What began with our co-founders, Ben Wright and Robin Hancock, selling oysters has grown into Wright Brothers Wholesale, supplying more than 750 restaurants across the UK, a collection of much-loved London restaurants and Wright Brothers at Home, our online fishmonger.
In 2024, we established the Wright Brothers Sea Change Foundation to support projects that protect our oceans, promote sustainability and champion the coastal communities that depend on them.
Our philosophy is simple: work hard, be nice to people and be kind to our planet. We believe in great seafood, genuine hospitality and bringing good people together.
