Location: Croydon/Stratford
Rate of pay: £30,368 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, from 6:00 to 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation and cooking of deli items, salads, and hot and cold snacks, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal or themed snack offerings, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist in creating and implementing new service styles and food concepts.
  • Support stocktaking activities weekly and monthly as required.
  • Contribute to dish and menu costing to meet the target GP for the site.
  • Ensure compliance with CH&CO's and statutory health, hygiene, safety, and quality standards, including COSHH and HACCP.
  • Work closely with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
