Rate of Pay

£32,900 per annum

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
2. Maintaining a high level of precision and consistency in food preparation and service to meet fine dining expectations
3. Working closely with junior chefs, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency, while providing mentorship and training to maintain kitchen standards
4. Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and menu standards
5. Overseeing a specific kitchen station, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness
6. Following food safety and hygiene regulations
7. Assisting and training junior kitchen staff as needed
8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
9. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
