We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a vibrant and much-loved Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate chef looking to work at the highest level with a forward-thinking and dynamic kitchen team.

About the Restaurant:

• 1 Michelin Star – casual fine dining concept with bold Mediterranean and Spanish flavours

• Creative sharing-style dishes built around seasonality and technique

• Focus on premium produce: open-fire cooking, in-house whole animal butchery, dry-aged meats, and line-caught fish

• Service for up to 100 covers per lunch and dinner, with a fully open kitchen

The Role Offers:

• £38,000 – £40,000 per annum (according to experience)

• A structured rota of 2 double shifts and 3 singles

• Opportunity to work with a highly skilled team and a forward-thinking Head Chef
