Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and French cuisine is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality Mediterranean dishes.
• Work efficiently in a team of 20 chefs.
• Report directly to the Head Chef.
