We seek an experienced Chef De Partie to join our team of 12 at Marymount School in Surrey, Kingston upon Thames. The school offers a friendly, family-like atmosphere.

Shifts:

• Morning: 7am to 3.30pm
• Evening: 10.30am to 7pm
• 1-2 weekends per month
• Availability for events like graduations and open days

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to standards and food safety regulations
• Managing your section and training junior staff
• Ensuring proper food storage and waste minimization
• Processing food orders and managing deliveries
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment safety
• Supporting effective food service
