The Chef de Partie will support the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager in all catering services across our residences, ensuring dignified, nutritious meals and adherence to mealtimes.

The role includes cost control, stock management, and collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is serviced and safe.

Competenze

• Fluent in English required.
• Pastry education or background is needed for this role.

Mansioni

• Support Head Chef and Restaurant Manager in delivering all catering services across the home, ensuring dignity, confidentiality and safety.
• Prepare nutritional and special diet meals to a high standard according to mealtimes and Head Chef guidance.
• Maintain cost-effective stock control and regular equipment checks, minimizing waste and reporting faults promptly.
• Develop strong working relationships with team members to provide cost-effective, chargeable services for members; report shortfalls to Head Chef.
• Ensure equipment checks are maintained and liaise with Maintenance Manager for servicing; report faults.
• Attend mandatory training, engage in supervision, and participate in annual performance review to maintain competence.
