Position: Chef de Partie

We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operations in our Lounge, which serves light food and a signature Afternoon Tea service. 2. Maintain and monitor clean and organized sections, ensuring adherence to all HACCP standards.
  3. Follow recipes and technical sheets accurately, and stay informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
  4. Take pride and ownership of the entire kitchen operation, offering guidance and support to peers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  5. Support Rosewood's sustainability initiatives by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
About You

  • You naturally notice when standards are not met and take corrective action.
  • You nurture and support your team, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere.
  • You anticipate challenges and find solutions quickly.
  • You take pride in making each dish a culinary experience, ensuring every guest enjoys something truly special.
