Black Swan, a 19th century pub under Hall & Woodhouse, is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section in a buzzing service. £14.00 per hour, with tips and a 60% meal discount, plus live-in options and full uniform/shoes provided.

We offer 5 days on, 2 days off, training and development, and a supportive team culture. Seasonal or permanent contracts available; explore progression to apprenticeships.

Formación

• Hands-on Chef de Partie with kitchen section ownership.
• Confident running a section and ensuring consistency/presentation.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
