EGO Stockton Heath, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, mentor teammates and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. You will prepare before service, cook to spec and ensure the kitchen runs as a cohesive unit.
