Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes from seasonal, local ingredients and work alongside talented chefs in a fast-paced pub/hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar strong emphasis on culinary quality.
• Proven ability to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards using local ingredients.
• Support and collaborate with the kitchen team in a busy pub/hotel setting.
• Show willingness to learn new techniques and contribute ideas to menus.
