Job Title: Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef

Location: The Shropshire, Telford, Shropshire

Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week + Overtime

Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be able to follow the head chef's specifications and guidelines while also bringing their own ideas, skills, and culinary knowledge.

Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Work comfortably across all kitchen sections
  • Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets the standards of the business
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold the 5-star standard
  • Manage deliveries and stock rotation
  • Work cleanly and responsibly at all times
Requirements:
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment

  • Ability to work independently within a team
