We are working with a lovely restaurant based in Central London which is newly opening and looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team. The menu will be Italian Small plates / tapas style service, so knowledge of Italian Cuisine would be beneficial.

This Chef de Partie role is worked on a 5/7 day rota with evenings and weekends required. The shift pattern will be mostly evening shifts, so you must be happy to work the majority of evening shifts. This is a 40-hour contract with any additional hours paid at overtime.

You will be working in a team of 15 in the kitchen and front of house. The Chef de Partie will be producing all food from fresh. The restaurant caters for between 100 - 150 covers per service, so experience in a busy restaurant will be required.

Ideal for a Chef de Partie who has a passion for Italian food, cooking fresh food to order, and working in a Central London location.
