The Role:

Job Title: Chef de Partie
Salary: up to £14.62p/h per hour
Location: Brockenhurst
Location type: Pub/ Restaurant
Hours: 45 hours a week.


Our client is a fabulous Boutique Hotel situated in a wonderful part of the New Forest and they are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their brigade. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. The hotel is based in a stunning location with a unique twist and has an amazing reputation and stunning views across the sea.

You will work 5/7 days, contracted to 48 hours per week. The role is a live out role so own transport is required.


Your main responsibilities as Chef de Partie will include:

  1. Delivering a first class service and supporting the main chefs with lunch
  2. Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  3. To ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect to the set standards

What you need to get the Chef de Partie job:

  1. Experience as a chef in a quality environment ideally a 4 star or boutique hotel
  2. Fresh cooking experience
  3. Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent
  4. Passionate about food
  5. Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
