Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to prepare high-quality meals in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of dietary/allergen requirements or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present meals for patients, staff and services following recipes and standards.
• Ensure meals meet dietary/allergen requirements and are delivered on time.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness per regulations.
• Complete daily food safety records and waste reporting.
• Support kitchen operations, including stock checks and rotation.
