Brunning and Price is offering a Chef de Partie apprenticeship pathway with Level 1–3 programmes through HIT. This role sits in a busy kitchen where you’ll work across all areas, supported by the Sous Chef and Head Chef, while building practical skills and career progression.

You’ll receive benefits including a competitive base salary up to £32,000 with tronc, paid overtime, free meals on shift, and strong pension and bonus schemes as part of our supportive team culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in catering as a chef or similar role.
• Interest in progressing through Level 1–3 apprenticeships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Work across all areas of the kitchen and support the Head Chef.
• Assist Sous Chefs and ensure food is prepared to standard.
• Prepare and plate dishes following recipes.
