Job summary

The Grosvenor Arms in Aldford, operating under Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, seeks a Chef de Partie for an apprenticeship path from Level 1 to Level 3. You’ll work across the kitchen, supported by the Sous and Head Chef, with a focus on fresh food and progression.

Basic up to £32,000 per year plus tronc, paid overtime and tips, free meals on shift, and a range of employee benefits including pension and discounts. Weekly pay and flexible pay options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef or line cook, or chef de partie in a restaurant or gastro pub.
• Passion for fresh food cookery and a drive to grow within the role.
• Interest in progression through Level 1–3 apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• Work across all kitchen areas, supporting Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
