We are working with a leading Education site in Central London and looking for a Chef de Partie. This is on a 35 Hour contract and mainly working Monday to Friday; some occasional weekend work may be required. Additional hours after 35 are paid at 1.5X.

The Chef de Partie will work with a Head Chef, Sous Chef, and KP to produce lunch and dinner daily. Lunch service is from 12pm to 2pm, and dinner service from 5pm to 6pm. You will cook approximately 100 lunches and up to 40-50 evening meals.

Shift patterns will be on a 2-week rotating rota: 8am to 3.30pm and 11am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. There will be lunch and dinner services, with 2 hot mains and grab-and-go options at lunch, and a similar offer in the evening.

We are seeking a Chef de Partie with experience in busy kitchens, ideally with background in educational catering or contract catering. Experience in staff dining or hospitality is beneficial but not essential.

We want an enthusiastic Chef de Partie with stable career history, preferably with education or contract catering experience.
