Paramount Personnel is recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie for our client, an award-winning hotel in the Braunton, Devon area. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a fast-paced environment, from a fine dining and/or rosette background, and be eager to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.

The Chef de Partie will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing one of four sections, contributing to menu development and ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety. The role emphasizes sourcing ingredients locally to create sustainable yet excellent dishes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty
  • Assisting in developing new dishes and menus
