Paramount Personnel is recruiting a talented Chef de Partie for our client, an award-winning hotel in the Barnstaple, Devon area. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in fast-paced environments, preferably with a fine dining or rosette background. They should be driven and eager to develop their culinary skills within a progressive company.
The Chef de Partie will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen, managing one of four sections, and contribute ideas for menu development. A passion for locally sourced ingredients and sustainability is essential.
