Paramount Personnel is recruiting a talented Chef de Partie for our client, an award-winning hotel in Braunton, Devon. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a fine dining or rosette background. They should be driven, eager to expand their culinary skills, and passionate about locally sourced, sustainable ingredients sourced from local suppliers to create excellent dishes.

The Chef de Partie will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen, managing one of four sections, and contribute ideas for menu development. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty
  • Helping develop new dishes and menus with the team
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety compliance
  • Monitoring portion sizes and waste to ensure profitability

All chefs should possess excellent communication skills, be driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
