The role:
We are looking for an experienced CDPs to join a retail / leisure complex based in Crawley , they serve fresh food, and they are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality to help with preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard

Key Information:
*Salary: £24,000-26,000 per annum
* Hours: 38hr contract. 2-week rolling rota/schedule, flexible working required - hours typically 7.5hr (weekday)/8hr shift(weekend) - Every other weekend off
*Location: Crawley
*Contract: Permanent

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

* To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards
* To keep all working areas clean and tidy
* To supervise and motivate the team when required
* To comply with hotel's health and safety and food safety legislation's
* To monitor portion control, fresh food, and dry store orders

Required skills include:
* A good understanding of produce and ingredients
* Experience in the kitchen and passion for hospitality
* Basic knowledge of food production methods - Pastry experience advantageous
* Embrace new ideas and processes
* Positive and approachable manner

* Experience with high volume fresh food
* Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry
