Key Responsibilities:

• Open your section and prepare for service
• Prepare dishes according to company specifications
• Meet ticket times and communicate effectively if delays occur
• Assist the Senior Chef to ensure smooth service
• Prep food following prep lists
• Close and clean your section, complete with prep lists
• Follow all health, safety, and food safety procedures and policies
• Undertake reasonable management requests
• Treat everyone with respect and maintain composure

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
• A proactive self-starter who works independently with good judgment and minimal supervision
