About the role

Our restaurants offer a variety of foods. Working with local suppliers, we’re committed to consistency of production using locally sourced products. This is a full-time (45 hours per week) position. Live-in accommodation on site is available and inclusive of bills.

What we need from you

• As Chef de Partie, you’ll motivate the commis chefs to prepare food for our restaurants. You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency, and portion control.
• You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to ensure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly.
• You will contribute ideas to our daily specials menu and suggest changes to our à la carte menu to our Head Chef.
• A qualification in professional cookery is preferred, and relevant industry experience is essential.
