You’ll be part of an award-winning hospitality group with opportunities for training through the Stepping Stones programme, EarlyPay access, and a range of staff perks. This permanent role is based at our Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc venues in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
• Ability to work at least two kitchen sections and follow recipes.
