Heartwood Collection is hiring Chef de Parties for our new opening at The Potter's Heron, Ampfield (SO51 9ZF). The role covers multiple kitchen sections, following recipes and delivering high-quality, fresh dishes as part of a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• Passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
