Benugo is hiring a Chef de Partie for The National Museum of Scotland. The role covers food preparation, stock rotation and labeling in a fast-paced museum kitchen serving daily lunch and events on-site.

We offer a structured kitchen with a focus on safety, on-site dining benefits, and opportunities for development through our Chef academy training. Shifts include 5 days/7 with various contract options.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety practices.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing Chef academy training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of Food Safety and Health & Safety at all times.
