Job summary

Benugo at Bletchley Park in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a full-time 30-hour contract. You will manage food preparation, stock rotation and labeling, while upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

A Chef academy training program is available to enhance your skills, with occasional evening event service. Shifts run 7:00-15:30, 5 days out of 7, with a competitive rate and employee discounts across locations.

Qualifications

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling.
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time.
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills.
• Assist HC/SC.
