Job summary

F1 Arcade UK in Birmingham is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will help prepare and cook dishes to brand standards during service, support prep, and maintain a clean, compliant kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy kitchen (advantageous).
• Food safety certification (e.g: ServSafe) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to brand standards, ensuring plate presentation, taste, and timing during service.
• Support kitchen operations by staying organized during prep and service and communicating clearly with the team.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining organised storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures to keep a clean, safe kitchen environment.
• Contribute to prep lists, labelling, and equipment care to keep the kitchen service-ready.
