Full Circle Brew Co. is opening an exciting new bar and restaurant in Fenwick, Newcastle, delivering an elevated fried chicken and burger concept.

As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of the kitchen team—working at pace with the Kitchen Manager to deliver every dish to an exacting standard, with a tight menu and flawless execution. The role is a fixed-term (2 years) position, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £27,000-£29,000 per annum plus tips, starting October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
• Can work at pace in a high-volume kitchen
• Food hygiene certificate Level 2 or willingness to obtain
• Reliable team player with ownership of station

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to recipes and plating guides.
• Own your station and maintain quality during service.
• Work at pace during busy services without compromising standards.
• Support the Kitchen Manager in training commis chefs.
• Lead the kitchen in the Kitchen Manager's absence and keep service running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
• Follow HACCP procedures and allergen controls.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep, and mise en place.
