Searcys is looking for a Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade. You will work across various events including conferences, banqueting, fine dining, and weddings. Job Details

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: up to £36,000 per annum

Mostly Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food to a high standard in various sections as required
• Assist with extra functions
• Maintain high standards for functions and dining areas
• Manage client dining, staff restaurant, hospitality, and conference food services as requested
• Support training of junior staff
• Ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain hygiene and personal hygiene standards
• Uphold staff food standards
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety policies
• Comply with legal requirements including fire safety, security, and licensing
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by senior management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
• Proactive and initiative-taking
• Supportive team player

• Flexible to work hours and business needs
• Capable of working under pressure and managing unforeseen circumstances
