The Manor House Inn in Shepton Mallet is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to lead a section in a busy kitchen. You will ensure consistency, precision, and high standards across all dishes, while collaborating with Mario and the team to deliver excellent hospitality.

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Take ownership of your section and keep it organised and running smoothly.
• Work closely with Mario and the wider kitchen team.
• Help maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation.
• Contribute ideas and bring energy and enthusiasm to the kitchen.
• Support and encourage less experienced team members.
