The Windmill in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will work hands-on to deliver high-quality pies and dishes in a welcoming pub setting, with opportunities to participate in development programmes and masterclasses.

Qualifications

• Active hands-on kitchen role with supervisory duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure excellent service through quality food.
• Contribute creatively to menu design and daily specials.
• Assist Head Chef and supervise kitchen operations during shifts.
• Plan and organise to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and FOH teams.
