A renowned fine dining restaurant located within a picturesque English country estate is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie. The role offers a competitive salary, tips, training opportunities, and a chance to work alongside an acclaimed Head Chef in a modern kitchen focused on quality, collaboration, and creativity.
We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the talented brigade at a destination-led fine dining restaurant set within a renowned English country estate.
Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and candidates must have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. If you require Sponsorship please do not apply, thank you.
This is a kitchen creating elegant, produce-led tasting menus in a modern British style – showcasing the best of local land and sea.
The restaurant holds national acclaim, with 3AA Rosette standards and a growing local, national and international following.
Please note: due to the rural location, a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
The kitchen is state-of-the-art, purpose-built and filled with natural light. Designed around a calm, collaborative service, the brigade operates with precision, curiosity and zero ego.
At the helm is a classically trained chef with an impressive pedigree, including time spent in some of London’s most influential Michelin-starred kitchens, alongside several years leading their own acclaimed restaurant before relocating to East Sussex.
Their food is thoughtful, restrained and deeply rooted in place — and they’re passionate about mentoring and developing their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join a strong brigade in a great kitchen.
Due to the number of applicants received, unfortunately we are unable to reply individually to each. Should your application be suitable for the role, then you’ll hear from us within 48 hours, thank you.
