Job summary

NYX Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the smooth running of the Kitchen and deliver high-quality hospitality. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and lead sections when required.

As part of the City Lovers team, you’ll uphold brand standards, training, and Wellbeing initiatives while contributing to memorable guest experiences across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Love the Kitchen and grow whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead sections within the Kitchen when needed.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and deliver to the high standard of food our guests expect.
• Be passionate and thrive under pressure in a vibrant team.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running and objectives of the Kitchen department.
• Act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values.
• Take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Chef and keep things running like clockwork.
