Eurest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a Chef de Partie in Newport for a full-time, 35-hour week, Monday to Friday during daytime. You will run your own kitchen section, cook to a high standard and mentor junior chefs, contributing to a busy, professional team.

Formación

• Experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work to high standards of food hygiene.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run your own kitchen section to a high standard.
• Prepare high-quality dishes for clients and customers.
• Train and support junior chefs on your section.
• Keep your section clean, organized and well stocked.
• Be an enthusiastic team player and communicate effectively.
• Comply with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
