Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards.
2. Support in preparing and cooking menu items as directed.
3. Contribute to menu development, incorporating new food trends and innovative service concepts.
4. Ensure smooth and efficient food service operations.

Qualifications:

1. Leaving Cert level education or above.
2. NVQ qualification or equivalent.
3. Proven progressive experience in catering.
4. Passion for food and customer service.
5. Creativity in menu and food presentation.
6. Good listening skills.
