Job summary

Chartwells Schools is recruiting an ambitious Chef to join CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week in the Greater London area. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights clients and customers while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, holds a Food Hygiene certificate, and has experience supervising a kitchen team. A flexible attitude and commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent required.
• Experience supervising a team in a kitchen environment.
• Food Hygiene certificate or equivalent is essential.
• Flexible and driven to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, tasty dishes for clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services and efficiency.
• Listen to customer feedback and act to improve offerings.
• Assist with creating new menus and creative concepts.
• Represent CH&CO and uphold brand image.
• Monitor inventory to ensure well-stocked kitchens.
• Maintain hygiene standards and comply with health regulations.
