Company Of Cooks in London is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our team at Tavistock Square. You will develop and plan menus, produce food for 60-80 covers per day, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 7am to 3pm, with occasional weekend and evening events. The position offers a £36,000 annual salary and a range of well-being and development benefits.

Responsibilities

• To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service
• Making outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every time
• Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
• Responsible for preparing and delivering food for 60-80 covers per day, rising to 120 covers during high-volume periods
