Job summary

Company of Cooks in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. The role focuses on developing menus, producing high-quality, timely dishes, and delivering outstanding customer service at a site in London.

The ideal candidate will have contract catering experience and a passion for food, service, and working as part of a team. This position offers a Monday–Friday pattern with 40 hours per week and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Contract catering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan menus in line with client and customer needs.
• Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to customers.
• Work effectively with colleagues at the site to ensure excellent customer service.
• Make outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every time.
• Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.
• Work in a team of 6 including 1 HC, 1 Sous Chef, 1 Junior Sous, 2 CDP and 1 Breakfast Chef.
