Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team in Birmingham. You will contribute to a range of menus, help develop ideas and work across kitchen sections to support high standards of service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or conference and banqueting environment.
• Experience working in a multi-site setting desirable.

Aufgaben

• Preparing and cooking a range of food (hot, cold and buffet) in all kitchen areas according to daily needs.
• Keeping up to date with food trends for presentation and menu ideas.
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Wrapping, labelling and storing all prepared food correctly.
• Working closely with Head Chef and other chefs to ensure smooth service.
• Assisting with training and coaching of junior kitchen staff.
• Managing prep to meet budget and reduce waste.
• Placing orders in line with stock levels and business needs.
• Carrying out stock takes as required.
