The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025 as a property of Rosewood Hotel Group, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. The hotel will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with diverse dining and entertainment spaces, providing a platform for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.
We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen in the Commissary Kitchen, the culinary hub of the hotel where a variety of foods are prepared for outlets, event spaces, and beyond. You will uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing a team of culinary professionals, promoting teamwork and collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is scheduled to start in June 2025.
