Join Our Team as a Chef de Partie in Cold Section!

Your Mission:

1. Be part of the Big Mamma kitchen team.
2. Oversee the cold section and prepare cold dishes, antipasti, and insalate.
3. Onboard and train new cold section and prep chefs, working closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth operations.
4. Maintain health & safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
5. Create a memorable experience for our customers.
6. Embody Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.

Your Skills:

1. Passion for Italian food and a big smile.
2. Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented.
3. Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
4. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
