Job summary

Hamilton Mayday is seeking experienced Chef de Parties and Chefs for regular temporary work across London hospitality venues including hotels, events, contract caterers and restaurants. You will join our flexible temporary team and work across a variety of kitchens with ad-hoc and ongoing shifts.

Shifts include daytime and evenings, Monday to Friday plus weekend work; opportunities across Central London and Greater London with immediate starts for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen standards.
• Right to work in the UK.

Chef de Parties and experienced Chefs wanted for regular temporary work across London

Hamilton Mayday are looking for experienced Chef de Parties and Chefs to join our temporary team, with opportunities available across hotels, event companies, contract caterers, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. We have a variety of shifts available, from regular ongoing work to ad-hoc shifts, so we're looking for chefs who are reliable, professional, and confident working in different kitchen environments.

You could be working across a range of kitchens, from busy hotels and event venues to contract catering sites and high-volume restaurants. You'll need to be confident picking up new sections and working as part of a professional kitchen team.

The Role

• £15.00-£19.50 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
• Regular and ad-hoc temporary shifts available
• Daytime and evening shifts
• Monday - Friday and weekend work available
• Opportunities across Central London and Greater London
• Hotels, events, contract catering, restaurants, and other hospitality venues
• Immediate starts available for suitable candidates
