Enzo Cecconi, the youngest-ever general manager of hotel Cipriani in Venice, opened Cecconi’s in London’s Mayfair in 1978. It became part of the Soho House family in 2004. Located on Burlington Garden in Mayfair, it’s a modern-day classic Italian restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving handmade pasta, seafood, and dishes from Italy using the finest ingredients.
The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Central London team at Cecconi's Mayfair (W1S 3EP). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members is of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations, and plating to company standards.
What we are looking for...
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 7am to 12am; Saturday, 8am – 12am; Sunday, 8am – 11pm. *subject to change
