The Chef de Partie is an essential member of the Kitchen team who efficiently runs her/his section whilst dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. She/he has an outstanding eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Chef de Partie you supervise Junior Chef de Partie, Commis chefs, apprentices and trainees within your section.
A Chef de Partie takes great pride in her/his work while ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at work at all times. You will also ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality food and keep up to date with new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
